A Christmas Tinsel Origin Story: A poor widow and her children lived together in a small hut, and were excited at the prospect of having a Christmas tree after a pine cone took root on their earthen floor. However, they were extremely poor and could not afford to decorate it. The children went to bed sadly on Christmas Eve, knowing their tree would be bare the next morning. But spiders in the hut heard the children sobbing, so they spent the night spinning elaborate webs over the branches of the tree. On Christmas morning, when sunlight touched the tree, the delicate webs turned into shining gold and silver stands before the children's eyes.
In the Ukraine, finding a spider or a spiderweb on a Christmas tree is a sign of good luck! Christmas trees may also be decorated with artificial spiderwebs and ornamental spiders made from wire and beads.

HAND WASH ONLY with lukewarm water and antibacterial soap. Cookie Cutters are NOT dishwasher safe. PLA is a heat sensitive plastic; exposure to heat may cause melting and/or warping. Towel- or air-dry cookie cutters.
